Effective date: September 6, 2026
Language notice: This legal page is provided in English only. The English version is the official and controlling version.
DLSS5Please respects copyright and responds to good-faith copyright complaints.
The Service is intended for technical comparison, commentary, and informational purposes. Rights in underlying games and third-party material remain with their respective owners.
We do not represent that every user Submission is necessarily authorized or qualifies for a particular copyright exception or defense.
1. Quick reports
Every published comparison should provide a Report action.
Selecting “Copyright” alerts our moderators.
A normal Report may not contain all information required for a formal copyright notice.
2. Formal copyright notices
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material on DLSS5Please infringes copyright, send a written notice to:
Please include substantially:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
- identification of the material you want removed or disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as the DLSS5Please comparison URL;
- your contact information, including mailing address, telephone number, and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to respond.
3. What we may do
We may:
- request additional information;
- disable access to identified material;
- remove public copies;
- preserve a private copy for a limited period for dispute or legal handling;
- notify the uploader when sufficient contact information exists and doing so is appropriate;
- retain records of the notice and our response.
4. Counter-notification
If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to:
A counter-notification intended to use the process described in 17 U.S.C. §512 should include substantially:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number;
- the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3).
Where the statutory process applies, we may forward an effective counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving it, unless we first receive notice that the complainant filed an action seeking a court order concerning the material.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a materially false copyright notice or counter-notification may create legal liability.
Submit claims and counter-claims in good faith.
6. Repeat infringement
We may restrict or terminate access to submission features for sources that repeatedly submit infringing material in appropriate circumstances.
Because ordinary user accounts are not currently required, repeat-infringement measures may rely on available submission, contact, technical, or abuse-prevention signals.
7. Designated Agent
If DLSS5Please completes a U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent registration, the current registered-agent information will be published on this page and in the U.S. Copyright Office directory.
