Content Policy
Language notice: This legal page is provided in English only. The English version is the official and controlling version.
DLSS5Please is built for genuine technical comparisons.
We review user Submissions to keep the database useful, safe, and reasonably trustworthy.
1. A valid comparison
A comparison should show:
- the same game;
- the same scene;
- the same camera position as closely as reasonably possible;
- Image A with DLSS 5 Off;
- Image B with DLSS 5 On;
- other visual settings kept the same as closely as reasonably possible.
The purpose is to show what changes when DLSS 5 is enabled, not to compare unrelated graphics settings.
2. Allowed content
We generally allow:
- genuine game screenshots captured by the uploader;
- screenshots the uploader is authorized to submit;
- structured technical metadata;
- links to legitimate public sources or project pages;
- reasonable notes that help moderators understand the scene or setup.
3. Prohibited content
Do not submit:
Content you do not have the right to submit
Content uploaded in violation of another person’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.
Leaked or unreleased material
Including leaked builds, unreleased assets from non-public sources, NDA-protected material, embargoed content before the embargo ends, or stolen proprietary files.
Circumvention and malicious material
Do not submit or primarily link to malware, cracks, stolen proprietary DLLs/models, credential theft, unlawful DRM bypass tools, anti-cheat bypasses, or material whose primary purpose is unlawful circumvention.
Legitimate public modding/rendering project references may be allowed.
Fake or misleading comparisons
Do not intentionally swap Off/On, compare different scenes while presenting them as the same, change unrelated settings to exaggerate the result, externally edit one image to fabricate a DLSS 5 effect, or provide knowingly false technical metadata.
Sexual, explicit, and exploitative content
DLSS5Please is a general-audience technical comparison service.
Do not submit:
- pornography or explicit sexual acts;
- visible genitalia or explicit nudity presented primarily for sexual purposes;
- sexual violence;
- sexualized or exploitative content involving minors;
- screenshots selected or edited primarily for sexual stimulation rather than technical comparison.
A game having an adult or mature rating does not automatically make all screenshots from that game prohibited. Ordinary non-explicit mature themes may be accepted when the screenshot is genuinely relevant to a DLSS 5 comparison.
Graphic or disturbing content
Ordinary game combat, moderate blood, and violence may be accepted when genuinely relevant to a technical comparison.
Do not submit extremely graphic gore, torture, dismemberment, exposed internal organs, or similarly disturbing imagery when its primary purpose is shock, fetishization, or graphic spectacle.
We may reject content that is technically legal but unsuitable for a general-audience technical database.
Personal information
Do not publish another person’s private personal information without authorization.
Illegal or abusive content
Do not submit illegal, threatening, exploitative, or harm-facilitating material.
Spam and deceptive promotion
Do not use Submissions, source links, or Reports primarily for advertising, phishing, referral spam, or unrelated promotion.
4. Source links
Source links are optional.
We may remove an unsafe source URL while keeping the comparison.
We may reject or remove links that primarily distribute malware, leaked proprietary files, cracks, unlawful circumvention tools, phishing, or unrelated advertising.
5. Moderation
Submissions are subject to human review.
We may approve, reject, edit structured metadata, remove an unsafe link, hide, disable, or remove content to enforce this Policy.
We may apply standards stricter than the minimum required by law when content is unsuitable for a general-audience technical database.
Approval does not mean we guarantee that a Submission is lawful, publisher-authorized, perfectly accurate, or technically flawless.
6. Reports
If you believe a published comparison violates this Policy, use Report on the comparison.
For formal copyright complaints, see the Copyright & Takedown Policy.
7. Repeat abuse
We may block or refuse future Submissions from sources that repeatedly submit infringing, malicious, fraudulent, or seriously misleading material.
A user account is not required for repeat-abuse controls.
8. Rights-holder requests
We may restrict or remove content in response to a valid rights-holder request, publisher policy, legal order, or legal obligation.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service and abuse patterns change.
